Midwesterner,

We still, as Cracker says, have to VOTE NO to the rollback!
As for being diluted to death and losing control of the company, I strongly urge everyone to VOTE NO to the proposal to allow the company to issue more than 20% of the outstanding stock without shareholder approval. At 50 cents, they can issue 4 million shares for 2 million dollars to anyone they please. The company is then theirs to do what they please with. VOTE NO on this proposal, let them tell us what they are issuing stock for, and to whom they want to issue the stock. This is another way to push the shareholders out!

VOTE NO TO THE ROLLBACK
VOTE NO TO THE RIGHT TO ISSUE MORE THAN 20% OF THE OUTSTANDING STOCK WITHOUT SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL
