Corroborated by the estimated 7 months (from between the lines of DG) for the Malta site. 4Q99 puts it in mid winter and allows time for serious innovations which could represent competitive advantage. Guessing that AENTV (tooo quiet) will be a big factor in the LA site. LA was supposed to be underway before the NY site. Also, as Hal put it, time frame underscores that site prep is no simple task for anyone - even if you have experience. Still feel that AXC endeavors is more related to the "content" issues in the Internet whatever world and that these issues will be the basis in the next spin of consolidation. However, the transport issues are consolidating so incredably, that "content" competition will be here in Internet time measures. Ed Perry
