Frank or the other experts are much more capable to answer the first question, but for what little it is worth though, my understanding that using s-CDMA has zero effect on the "party line" problem - cable is still a shared medium so the solution goes to cutting the numbers sharing the line going to each individual customer, shortening the distance, etc., not the likes of s-CDMA.

Second, no one including me has any real knowledge of what is built into the prices of BRCM and TERN except that it is obvious that the PEs on both are almost out of sight and both are extremely high risk and perhaps high reward stocks. In an era of irrationality and emotion what is "built in" to a stock price, especially in the short run, is not something I even care to guess. Chaz
