Yep - The stock should have dived otherwise on the day that it was discovered a fraudulent page. Also, this stock keeps going, and going, and going. Plus, didn't PAIR come out with less than expected earnings? And the stock kept up. JMO MARUCAT Wish I had more PAIR!

Tim, thought a lot about it.. generally employees DO HAVE SIGNS of an impending buyout - but I am weary about that bogus letter, as a matter of fact, it is kinda a black cloud for me about PAIR and why I am not quite so hot to get in at any price - I cannot figure out why he would do it other than maybe he did see signs, loaded up on the stock, stock went down and caused a lot of personel preesure, figured he would help the price and that the truth maybe wasn't that far off anyway

Never mind my first response, Tim... I thought ECILF had denied talks but can't find any reference to that. PAIR simply stated “We have not announced an agreement with them.” Not exactly a denial, eh? Paul {:-)

PAIR - TIM LUKE! I think the guy knew something. The price is right for what we think of as the price to buy PAIR around $20. But as far as ECI? I dunno. I think they denied strong enough to put that to bed. MHO of course! -Jeff
