Price of stock is hit a little today by someone(s)selling this AM of 10,000 share blocks(5 of them)within one hour.It looks like one trader to me because the trades are so close in time.Buys to sells are actually pretty close though,but MM's taking advantage of scooping up those blocks.This almost looks like a "classic shakeout" day of the "weaker hands".Tom says we were only missing one element of really moving the "game plan" forward-cash.I believe that in the press release this AM,he is basically "informing" us that this obstacle is going to out of the way-soon.How?I don't know yet,but I like it.With money we(BETT)can move forward on many fronts with increasing(options) latitude and more importantly-speed.To me,this means we will not have to wait months and months for the means(from the other revenues)to enable us to grow the big pieces like the TSP(Perfect card wagering transactions)business.This would seem to speed up the time frames for growth and expansion for BETT.I like it.A company with financial backing can do so many more things and have many more options(latitude).This,in my opinion,could be the "Gorilla news".Plus,if we are getting some serious financial backing,it only stands to reason we must be a good risk in someone's estimation.That to me only enhances BETT's credability.
