He's not talking about options. He's talking about (I think) 0.47 of a TDFX share that got left over when multiplying the old STBI shares by 0.65.

I thought I read you will receive the cash value of that partial share as cash. I'm not sure if they were going to treat it as a dividend or as them buying it back from you. It's in the prospectus somewhere.
