I guess the latest release answers one of your questions LOR.

Surprised to see more options issued? Not really!

I suspect more options will be granted at fire sale prices before an significant news comes out.

Market manipulation? Nawwww, it must be the shorts that Michael referred to. Just one question though. How come no one (besides yesterday's significant market order put in by Georgia Pacific) has decided to cover their short position at these prices. Heck, if I was short at 1.90-2.00 I would be buying to cover at these levels for a decent profit. But hey, I would of never shorted this stock at 2 if I didn't know something that others ignored. Maybe like the delays involved... Well, I won't go into detail but don't like the way that management has handled the PR aspect lately. Didn't they hire someone to do just that? Wasn't his position temporary, like 3-6 months?

Mike, have you read the BC Securities Act lately? If not, you might want to consult your legal advisors. Ask them what is considered as being a material fact! From what limited experience I have, I would have to say that an order or the very strong possibility of obtaining such an order would be considered as a material fact that might have a very significant impact on the stock price. Now if one decides to keep such information to themselves until they are ready to proceed with production and ultimately decides to issue options at fire sale prices ... well let's just say the Securities Commissions aren't very sympathetic to such circumstances.

Hope everything is coming along with the search of ... well you know what I mean!

In your last post you thank M. Jacobs for explaining to you via email why Pyng cannot announce orders at the present and will have to wait to June or July to do so. But you never state M. Jacobs' explanation. Since another poster raises questions on this very point, perhaps you post the explanation.
