Jim,

I remember that general comment and it was what I referred to as a possible equity deal. I haven't thought of all the ramifications and financing possibilities and just what exactly the strategic alliance would involve. I am hoping it will not involve any potential for further dilution. My guess is that the 2 - 3 calls per week about offering them money may not be such hot deals. My skepticism is that there may quite a number of people on the sidelines - hoping that Ancor needs to get unfavorable financing (various motivations) to increase their (the people on the sidelines) competitive advantage. This, unfamiliarity with the potential of FC, and the NASDAQ listing issue are probably all reasons why institutions aren't accumulating the stock yet.

An additional statement about technical superiority was MTBF (mean time before failure). Ancor's switch is 10 years and was a factor in their selection for Boeing's avionics environment.
