Ken - I'd think so. Although it helps to provide this detail plan so the analysts do not have to assume anything. They can use their own calculators! US$300MM is a pretty penny, but the greater significance is that the company is not waiting some calamity to happen before running the consolidation game, which is very much a gambit for the fallen angels. Instead, NT is being proactive about it. It is good for the company. It is good for the analysts. It is good for the shareholders. And, in some way, it is good for the employees to have some lead time, instead of a knee jerk 2 week notice!
