CM, It kinda smells like that press release the pairgain employee put out. Just kiddin. I dunno. I ran NICE by the company face to face months ago after you posted the rumors here the first time. It was tough to read Paul Baker on that one as he is probably a good poker player. I was looking for him to sort of downplay it and deny it (which he essentially did). Could not get a good read on his body lanquage-I would of sided with believing him that they were not interested. NICE's Stock was lower then but a lot can change in 5-6 months. Certainly not out of the question but I will believe it when I see it. It certainly is a rumor that just won't die. I think the investment bankers pitch this one to them on a weekly basis.
