I am very happily picked up a few more shares below 15 today. I looked back the trading history of TEC and found out its trading volume has been so light daily under any condition for years. Even at its all time highs and lows. So, the light volume is not my concern any more. Any volume larger than 1000 shares can create a big wave. What we can do is to take it in small chunks and very slowly. I moved up my sell stop of CSE another notch today. Go CSE and TEC. Sincerely, Wade
