Astra-Merck could go on the NQB pink sheets, for crieps sake. (I picked that large-cap NYSE stock for my example because when I recommended them three years ago they WERE on the pink sheets)

All one needs do for the OTC-BB is get sponsored by two market makers by filing form 211 per rule 15c211, and meet the reporting requirements and other requirements.

I understand that the DCTC market makers have already filed the form 211s and after the forms are processed (maybe three days from receipt) that we'll be trading, and I'll be there buying all your shares that you will undoubtedly be dumping at the bids.

Colin

VH, A chance? Sure there is. If the paperwork isn't done in time to resume trading on the OTCBB or things drag out with the SEC (my worst nightmare) then it's either not trade at all or go to the Pinks. Personally I would rather see us just not trade until we were ready to go back on the OTCBB (or better??). If we go to the Pinks and there is a panic selloff, I guess that Colin's going to have a little competition for shares from me. (GGG) Focus on what you own, not where it's traded.
