Isn't one of the terms of the PP that the shares must be registered, and if this is so, doesn't that mean that audit must be filed and Blue Sky completed?

I'm surprised that the stock isn't moving higher. Is it lack of coverage or the blue sky issue? I really liked the PP. It was very fair, no real dilution, no discount and the warrants were very fairly priced. When do you think others are going to jump onto this exciting story?
