Franschwa likes to call everyone on the ZSUN thread that does not like the company a basher. Shame Shame Shame on Franschwa.

"The Saga of DCHT is to be continued at a later date. For every post attempting to Pump DCHT on SI, another post with the true story will appear on this thread to protect newbies form potentially getting burnt. BUYER BEWARE!"

Too bad Oshinsky started to post again on SI...

FIRST OF A SERIES OF RE-POSTS FROM SI:

The DARK side of DCHT, a must read for the potential investor...

1) Insider trading:

biz.yahoo.com

Over a one year period, DCHT has issued, in lieu of cash it doesn't appear to have, some 2 Millions shares, or just under 20% of its total outstanding share capital in payment for various services, including those of Pumping outfit Ram Capital. This is managed by H2SteveO, alias Dr Harvey, alias Sir Alexx, alias H2Oshinsky, all aliases terminated by SI at one time or another. Oshinsky has been reported to the SEC for posting on SI without a disclaimer, while being employed and paid by DCHT through Ram Capital.

2) DCHT has never filed any financials, in spite of promising to do so by the end of first Quarter 1999. It is believed by Sid Turtlman, a poster who has analyzed DCHT in details, to be close to insolvency:

Message 9276971

3) In spite of making lofty revenue projections for 1998 and claiming substantial backlogs of products on order, total UNAUDITED revenue for 1998 was less than $200,000, while DCHT LOST A COOL $4.2 Millions.

4) Some of DCHT claims in press releases, such as that concerning the ANTAEUS bridge venture, are considered to be extremely misleading and possibly false by Sid Turtlman on SI's DCHT thread. All his posts are a must read.

The Saga of DCHT is to be continued at a later date. For every post attempting to Pump DCHT on SI, another post with the true story will appear on this thread to protect newbies form potentially getting burnt. BUYER BEWARE!

NETWORK COMPUTER, INC. PROMOTES PHILIP VACHON TO

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Story Filed: Tuesday, January 05, 1999 08:19 AM EST

Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Network Computer, Inc. (NCI) announced today the promotion of Philip A. Vachon to senior vice president of worldwide sales, a new position in the company. Mr. Vachon will manage NCI's growing global customer base and direct sales of NCI's information appliance software to the world's largest hardware manufacturers and network operators.

Mr. Vachon has worked at NCI for two years, most recently serving as vice president of sales for the Americas. He is credited with building NCI's sales organization, growing revenues, focusing the company's sales efforts, and establishing critical third party alliances.

Over the past fiscal year NCI sales revenues rose more thive broadcasts, feature films and other original content in full stereoscopic 3D. The Strata product line is also expected to add substantial revenue to C-3D Digital within the first quarter following the acquisition. "It creates a terrific expansion of our business model, " according to Blaine Harris, C-3D Digital founder and Chairman. "The strategic value alone is substantial, but we think the ability to sell technology and tools to the 3D content production market represents a great revenue opportunity -- it's really selling picks and shovels to 3D digital miners."

Heading up the Strata division will be Ken Bringhurst, co-founder of
Strata Inc. "This is one of those rare opportunities to ride the crest
of an exploding industry and technology," says Mr. Bringhurst. "We've
been there before when we began Strata 10 years ago and virtually
created the boom in 3D graphics for the desktop market. Today, as DV,
web and broadcast technologies converge, we're joining C-3D in building
an exciting future in stereoscopic 3D. C-3D is a superbly led company
with advanced technology, market savvy, and a far-reaching vision. Our
entire team is excited to help lead the way in this cutting-edge new
media."

C-3D Digital, Inc. is an advanced technology-oriented company in
the communication and entertainment industries. On January 1, 1999
C-3D Digital launched the world's first television network to
exclusively offer 3D programming to satellite dish owners, cable TV
subscribers and pay-per-view lodging guests.
