Peter, I had thought of MM balancing, but that usually happens before or after the bell or in 10k, 50k or 100k lots. . .and yes, it does appear in time or sales and represents a much larger percentage of volume in a Nasdaq stock than most people realize. . . perhaps as much as one-third to one-half of Nasdaq transactions can be swaps between MMs to fill outstanding orders that they may be holding or for their own purposes.

Peter. . .I am getting a sneaking suspicion that the same person that placed that 65k sell at 3 1/16th all or none. . .has placed another just like it at the same price. . . .

Notice ask will rise but won't fall. . .and bid will fall but won't rise? Spread will not tighten up today. . .

I wish this person would get a clue and break up their sells into small pieces and spread them out some. . . we would probably be at 4 right now, if it weren't for that one person trying to sell everything at once.

I sold PLCOP at 3 1/8 for + 15/16

I am looking to get back in under 3 before
the close.
