I do not think it was a non-event. I think it added even more uncertainty to a market that has already discounted SIGNIFICANT uncertainty (interest rates, nascent inflation, the Balkans, the Chinese, the Russians, Y2K I could go on, but I'll stop there)- somewhere there will be a straw that brakes this camel's back (or should I say bull's back?). Just my opinion, bwdik etc etc
