intel may be about to cut pIII prices that would explain why they are down.
next usual little dip for rmbs is 3pm then again at 3:30. i predict more block buying then.

I understand that, I guess you and I have differing ideas about investor sentiment. I don't consider FUD from the priesthood as Thomas described it representative of sentiment.

My only point was when long shareholders are expressing optimism about the stock, it often is described as "irrational" exuberance therefore making it a "sell signal". I was simply pointing out that when the longs were complaining (almost uniformly, with the exception of unclewest!) you didn't see the short side coming around saying, time to go long, the longs are "irrationally" gloomy. Instead you see the tendency to "pile on" with irrational predictions about the demise of the stock. Bottom line is that you see excesses in both camps and ultimately the stock will reflect it's true potential. Getting there can be a helluva ride though. <vbg>
