I recommend the Yahoo thread (for once) for up-to-the-minute coverage. Guys with Level 2's are following this closely. Very bullish crowd with a few nervous nellies.

Recent decline in BKS price was due to sale of shares by insiders (more than 150,000 sold) to purchase IPO shares they'll make a fortune on. Insiders were selling BKS in February, March and April (see SEC forms 4 filed). After IPO BKS will realize gains from about 10% bn.com sale (which it will use for INGRAM acquisition) plus reduced quarterly losses in its accounting books. This is going to be HUGE.
