Rhino, I would also like to see more "reasoned discussion" on this thread. More factual analysis, whether it happens to be positive or negative. But WLD is not contributing to reasoned discussion here. He is not using factual analysis. One of his favorite techniques is to pose questions which imply a certain answer without ever providing any evidence to support his implied answer. Questions like: 'Didn't Dave dump his 3 million shares today?' If WLD really wanted answers to the questions he poses, he could do his own research and find the facts. Apparently, that's not what he wants, he simply wants to raise doubts.

You ask if our information is really "any more concrete than his?" Yes it is. We have independently verified assay results. We have reports from people with solid professional reputations, such as Gordon House. We have publicly-issued statements from the officers of a publicly-traded company, who are legally accountable in a court of law to both the SEC and the shareholders.

What have we gotten from WLD, an anonymous, unaccountable individual? We've gotten a lot of suggestive and misleading questions and statements, sometimes outright lies.

I sincerely believe that WLD is a paid manipulator. I've come to this conclusion because of the timing of his appearance on this board, because of the manipulative character of his messages, and because of the excessive number of his messages. If he is a paid manipulator, then his activity on this board would be at least unethical and probably illegal. I believe it is violation of SI's Terms of Use. But this may be difficult to prove. In the meantime, it clear that WLD has violated the Terms of Use by excessive posting. Yesterday he posted 23 messages in about 3 hours. It is for this reason that I asked the Webmaster to revoke his membership. No one should be allowed to monopolize a message board.

At the risk of being hounded off the board, I think this whole thing with WLD (meaning, the response to him) is silly.

If I understand you correctly, WLD must be turned in to the SI administrators because he bashed the stock without evidence. And yet we all sit here touting MDHM without evidence. Really: is our information any more concrete than his?

I guess if you have done the DD that I have done and continue to do then you can see where I get off when "posters with hidden agendas" show up. If someone wants to have a difference of opinion and share DD then fine. BUT there is a difference when someone attacks a company and the posters on this thread without any substance what so ever. These people do so, only to inject FEAR and INDECISION into the unsuspecting investor. If they had these investors best interest at heart then they would share all, but notice they continue to hide and continue to sling their sh*t. How many times did I offer to carry it off the thread and behind closed doors?...Hmmmmmm why are they hiding? I would love to have this thread share "what-ifs" and "coulda-shouldas"...that makes everyone a better investor. I do like having fun on this thread, I don't think we should be a bunch of stiff necks running around taking this and life too serious, so yes there are times when we should have some fun, and times we should be serious. Negative comments are always welcome, I think we can learn a lot from them, but they need to back them up or move on. Many of these negative posters are only trying to do one thing..damage my investment, damage your investment. and damage Medinah's investments...Hmmmmm the law of the land provides relief when someone inflicts damages huh?, they are no different. IN the end, I'll show you my trading records so you can see I have never flipped this stock, I'm sure Mike, Kevin, Gary and a few others just might do that also. We probably wish we would have flipped this puppy a few times, but we believe in the long term and have had that belief for a long long time....

:-)
Vince

P.S. Your only source for useful investment type decisions should be the official Medinah news releases and your own DD.
