Okay gang,

Had an attorney friend in Northern VA look into establishing a charitable organization for us to put extra profits into and deliver where we decide. Bottom line is it is a ton of red tape and walk through to obtain tax deductible status. I think we need to rethink this idea. Any thoughts ?????
