Tim: You are right on target about "Image" ; thats what sells. I feel sure that the Mgmt in COMS have not made the transition to being Sales being more focused on the Consumer. The Salesman who sells those high speed Hand held Mixers on T.V does a better job than a COMS Consumer salesperson. Every housewife now has his mixer. Is there any equivalent show for any of the Consumer oriented COMS's products.? TECHIES are an arrogant lot when it comes to the Consumer. What about a COMS flyer series to every Household. Series 1: Parts of a Computer and what each does; Sr 2: How to insert a NIC ; Sr 3: Internal/Ext Modems and speeds. Sr 4:All about PALMS Sr 5: All about COMS with a few Discount Coupons etc. Is this on track or not.?
