That may be so, but how often do they get into legal trouble, fail to properly address the issue, then turn around and essentially re-do the same thing that got them into trouble in the first place, albeit with slightly different dressing, conveniently forget to make the necessary material disclosures, and expect not to get into trouble again? ______________________________ “A lot of business go bad when they start.
