Jim, I use a fairly standard dividend discount model, though I have modified it a bit. I doubt if you would argue with the model, just the inputs. You think that rates will be down forever, while they are up, and that Dell will grow at 50% forever, which I think is not going to happen. If either of those assumptions are incorrect, Dell is overvalued. If both are incorrect, as I believe, Dell is grotesquely overvalued.
