I have a couple thousand at under 24 Sarmad, I think not if you already have that many. I bot 300 shares and wrote 3 puts two months ago, sold the shares for small $ and did not have the put assignment. I will write puts again, maybe pending them for next week. Orcl had a 3 for 2 split last year, so it's really not that "low" yet.
