Jim and all shareholders, After hearing all the legal opinions, I have come to my own conclusion that the rollback has honorably been cancelled by the board. I asked for and received verification of this from the company. I want to thank all of the shareholders who responded to us by e-mail. Please continue to vote NO for the rollback. As far as the shares dilution, I would say to vote your conscience. However, I believe this whole thing is being blown out of proportion in everyone's mind. I don't disagree that it can change control of the company, but the first big deal made, such as Iran, will automatically change control of the company. In other words, anyone that reads the deal between TPI and Tracer will see that an Iran deal will result in up to 7,500,000 shares of stock being exchanged by Tracer to the Mullins group in exchange for TPI's remaining 67% of the Iranian block. This most likely will also result in a much higher stock price, I would think, which would greatly benefit the shareholders. This 7.5 million shares will give the Mullins group control of Tracer but we all will have a much higher stock price. Isn't that what we are all after? It is a win - win for everybody. I greatly respect Midwesterner and Pete Troyan and I am not trying to undermine what they are saying. I just have studied the documents and I have a different opinion of this. It seems to me that it makes no sense for DRR and his cronies to take over control of the company when deals and deals only are what make the stock go up. Also, the group that Tracer makes the deal with is the group that ends up with the stock and possible control of the company. But I say again, this means a deal would be taking place and all of the stockholders make money. Just another point of view from someone like Pete and Midwesterner that care for the shareholders a great deal. Remember that we are all on the same team with one goal in mind ( raise the price of the stock). Keep the faith, Cracker
