I think on the whole E*Trade does do first come for first serve. The one except being theSTreet.com, which tried to give preference to theSTreet.com subscribers, but I believe the process just got messed up because of it.

Remember Etrade makes money every time we reload a page (advertising money)... maybe Etrade is doing this on purpose :)

If Etrade were up today I'd have shorted their ass .. damn their performance is unacceptable. All other brokers are doing fine but Etrade..

That said, still appreciate them giving me TSCM :)
