Libya,

An article in The Economist last week points to the Libyan problem where Ghaddafi is going to come under pressure if he can't deliver economic growth post sanctions.

On another front there is to be a June meeting in Greece with Iranian oil officials and the discussion is going to be centered on the changing European energy situation. Libya with ties to Europe by way of exclution of US companies should be part of that changing equation as an exporter of cheap and high quality oil. I can't see the $40 million ceiling on investment in Libya that still is in place by way of US santions as playing much of a hindering role.
