You got that right, The footnote on the DEI home page which says,

"Don't let a downline bring you down. Pyramids are illegal. Dynamic Essentials Incorporated and the Federal Trade Commission caution consumers not to fall for promises of quick money through new member recruiting instead of real product sales."

Contradicts the info you just posted. These guys are into recruiting, not selling product. How can NBTY get mixed up with these characters?
