When it became clear there were lies told by some bullion brokers concerning forward sales by Goldfields to assure a lower gold price manipulation became the only correct word to use.

If there is more than one person in on the scheme to manipulate the price of gold via these (or any other mechanics) the correct term must be conspiracy.

Now, I do not know the name of the "bullion banks" which Goldfields called out, but whom so ever they were are guilty of manipulation. In that the SEC will not act on these manipulations, one must believe that manipulations of the gold market are not against the law.

I wish the miners would get together, and test the other side of the transaction! I'm afraid the only justice we will get must be taken.
