I guess you didn't try to use it today or there is no way you can make this statement. Not only am I an E trade customer, I own some EGRP, I got to tell you this week has been nothing short of SHIT! Today, by far being the worst. The phone is busy now or too many circuits, try later. The web site is right now too(as it has been most of the day), it is down right horrible. Today it did cost me money. To say they are the best is a FLAT OUT LIE. My conciensce just won't allow me to come here and pump it right now.
