Alas,

By the time I got there, the U-hauls were pulling away and tickets to the Cayman islands were strewn all over the floor.

Seriously, the building does exist and is quite nice, but when I got there at 8PM, the doors were locked. The windows have a dark tint that prevented me from peeking inside and seeing if they were indeed a tenant.
