Several 3000 and 2200 blocks going throughat the ask at about 15:30 - that's encouraging. Then you see several sells go through at 2100 and think whaattt? Avg volume though - I'd be very happy to see NAVR edge up 1/2 to 3/4 a point everyday. I'm green.
