New Amsterdam? I thought Truro was the first?... I did not go to the Georgetown Inn, unfortunately, but merely passed it... Suitland Parkway runs from around the Anacostia River out to the Maryland suburbs, basically to Andrews Air Force Base. If you know Southeast Washington at all, you might know were Pennsylvania Avenue extends into the suburbs, or perhaps Branch Avenue, both of which cross the Parkway.... Did you ever try Luigi's, on 19th near M? The best pizza in town, and great veal piccata!... Tear gas! A strange way to remember such a charming area...
