with 4th tier MM May, Davis bidding 19K for the better part of the afternoon, and Schwab and Instinet unloading above 12 and 11 teenies And I may soon be changing my previous opinion. I think it's entirely possible that WCII sees 50% gains sooner than ARTT will.
