thanks, mike. good analysis. i agree ALTS has two chances now - small, specialized niche or purchase by larger enterprise software company looking to add their EB product w/o going thru the development process. at one point, about 2 yrs. ago, ALTS had a chance to become broader EDM company but they (Jay) blew it. still think, however, the co. is woth more than its market cap of about 10 million plus a small amount of debt.

Mike: Thanks for the great over view of PC Docs and the industry. Where might Altris fit in with reference to a possible acquisition? Do you think they would be a viable candidate...of course, once the legal stuff is over, and the release of EB proves itself?
