Sarmad, listening to insiders is worth it's weight in gold. For example, when I worked for Cisco in the early 90's, I didn't care what the financial planners said about balancing your portfolio and all that stuff. I knew I was working for a well-oiled machine, there was no better place to put my investment dollars, and that it was an opportunity of a lifetime. I am now retired at age 45 (with the help of ebay, cmgi and many inets of course).
