This price level is a good buy opportunity. No-brainer. Like LWIN, you may have to wait a little while, but the basic economics dictate that this stock has to rise significantly. PCNTF needs to get into E-com as well as increase its geographical coverage area. Right now, it's just a straight Internet access provider, which partly explains low margins.
