yes, the mkt is starting to figure it out why IBM should be at these levels while the rest like CSCO, some recent networking IPOs, and the Internuts are having stratospheric valuations. Either IBM is very much under-valued or the stratospeheric ones are way over valued. Look for the mkt to balance this in-balance resulting in fast-appreciating IBM and double-speed downhill for most stratospheric stocks.

If CSCO gets IBM's PE multiple what will its price be:

Let's see:
IBM PE is about 30 only, in fact IBM earnings growth last qtr was about par with
CSCO
CSCO current PE is about 100.
So, simple calculation said, if CSCO gets IBM PE multiple it should be at 0.3 of its current price. And that is about 40$ only. All imo.
