The fact that this wasn't a NASDAQ listed stock was the first clue. Fudging your SEC filings is one thing. Omitting them entirely is quite another. But hey, I didn't have any money at stake here. I will leave you folks in peace now. BTW, my wife is South African and she is convinced I cannot spell or speak properly, being an American. We also drive on the wrong side of the road (instead of the left, which is actually the "right" side for driving).
