I am not knowledgeable about securities law. I assume that everything done is above board from a purely legal standpoint.

- Should shareholders be enraged, possibly.
- Do I think that OTEX would have bettered the bid, no.
- Do I think that OTEX would ply every, legal, trick in the book to obtain the assets at the lowest possible cost to themselves -- yes.
- Do I think it possible that shareholders would have been treated worse (by the ultimate measure - price) by OTEX -- absolutely.

Perhaps I'm a little naive but it seems to me that OTEX set the tone for the proceedings from day one.
