NAVR's been stuck in this rutt for months

with or without me being your harbinger,
and in this rutt it shall stay. Any new
longs here should think twice about getting
NAVR now, as it's simply in the high end
of it's Specu-Hype range, and there is no
Inet rally, especially in the secondary
names, that can give us any more help.
