M2,

You are probably right...along with a few days of profits to be taken by traders of the techs.

>>I'll take a double jack d. with a mug o dark ale. What's good
do U think??

In terms of stocks or drink? I am partial myself to the dark ale...just by itself (Guiness & Murphys, etc.). Gave up the chasers some time ago. As for stocks, I just dabble with a dozen or so tech stocks--with some occasional diversions--nothing as exciting as you Jimbo, Robbie and, now, KAA. Just keep rotating in and out as they hit various peaks and valleys. Have been doing ok until April when I really screwed up trying to figure out which was which. (But, as you said, STUFF does happen!!)

I noticed you made a reference to ORCL to El over on the CPQ thread. Do you own it? I have held that stock for 2 1/2 years now and have had the same love/hate relationship I have with my CPQ. I still think they have the right vision (sound familiar?), but in light of today's news it looks like dead money again, at least for another qtr. or 2. Finally gave up and sold half of my position today. T is looking interesting to me. I am looking for a solid long-term play or a dependable mover that I can make some money in while I figure out if ORCL is going to get their act together.

BTW, what is the story behind SWS? Also, same with CYMI?

Cheers. How about another pint?

M2,

As I mentioned yesterday, I haven't had much nerve for the internutz in the past. But, I have been following yours and K's posts regarding EBAY, SWS, etc. and wonder what your take is on EBAY's price today...still under 190.

Any thoughts?
