Hi Arthur,
Thanks for the detailed response and information. I appreciate it.

You said:
The real key to the streaming products is that the applications developed by the technical staff uses MPEG4 technology, thought the applications also recognize wavelet. This is very "state of the art" and is exclusivly licensed for streaming from the Sarnoff group.

Well, I looked up MPEG on the web, and found a list of companies that sell or license MPEG-related products or services at mpeg.org. So I guess I'm puzzled by your "exclusive license" wording. Looks like there's a lot of companies that will license this technology.

If you havn't tried the cinemail yet, I strongly suggest you do.

I'd love to, if I had some way to record video. Are there any sample videos available for viewing on NetCommandTech's web page? That would be a good way to demonstrate its capabilities for people like me without access to video recording equipment.

About Satellite Access - sounds like they provide very fast satellite data access. Are their prices competitive? What part (if any) of their network is proprietary, or do they just lease satellite space and equipment from other companies? If there is a proprietary Satellite Access part of the deal, what is the value added proposition? What are the price/performance trade offs? If you don't have the answers to these questions, can you help me find them?

I hope you're still smiling after your trip to the dentist this afternoon.

Regards,
Craig
