I have to say I don't know much about internet stocks, but don't they use some other criteria like minutes people were at site blah, blah..I wonder if there is info in Q report on this somewhere?

Revenues dropped sequentially. Don't see that too often with 'net stocks, might be a problem.

They were not overly impressive, if at all.

However, earnings do not drive my Internet Investing decisions.

I feel that the Yahoo deal is HUGE and that Analysts will begin coverage shortly. I also like the lead underwriter BBRobertson Stephens.

The management team is impressive. I also like that they sell they're proprietary solutions to other co's.

I want to hold onto this and retire with it still in my portfolio.
Unfortunately, I think this co will be bought out in a year or two.
