I agree, if Jimmy John had just tested the J/L process in his garage, he could have prevented a lot of problems.

that's what makes it a market Alan. Mike's verification is sufficient for you. To me he has to much potential conflict of interest to accept his word. I would want third party verification. Naxos got good numbers from J/L as well when people other than J/L ran the process. It was when third party verification was pursued that it all fell apart.
