This week we look at the five Internet companies that consistently rank among the top of The Internet Analyst Index 100. AMERICA ONLINE came out on top by virtue of its announcing deals with partners that will help it develop AOL TV services. – DT

Hi Vendit,
Glad you liked my post. When AOL was retesting the double bottom all I could think was SELL,SELL,SELL and hope for a 50M+ share blowoff that would clear all these weak holders out and let the shorts load up. I'm as bullish on AOL as I've ever been on a stock, but I knew it had to go down before it could go up and I just wanted to get it over with. As soon as I saw that gap up from $130 I thought here we go again. We're gonna have to give up these gains and sell off to $130 before we can go higher. I would much rather fill that gap now than continue to run higher only to sell off a lot more later in order to fill it.
IMO if interest rates behave themselves, and we continue to get good news out of the techs (AOL and DELL on Tues.) we will see another tech run most likely led by the net stocks which were the leaders until APR and have been hammered the most since then. I think this is the game plan of the big boys that control the market. They always burp the small investor out of their stocks and let the shorts load up before they run the stocks up burning the shorts and making the small investor buy his favorite stocks back at a higher price.

So the sooner the little guys cough up their AOL the sooner we can get this baby headed higher again. Hopefully my previous post will help them along. If that doesn't work I guess I could try yelling "BOO!"

Regards, Lee
