Gord,

We indicted several Bosnian-Serb leaders. But as a concession in order to achieve peace in Bosnia, we have a tacit agreement not to pursue them, and they have promised not to re-enter national politics.

And I have never said that they were any good guys in the Balkan issue. I desire only to separate BOTH sides from each other until cooler heads can prevail and sort this out peacefully.
