No, not rich. Comfortable, perhaps.

I think interest rates are following oil prices up. However, I think oil prices are artificially high due to OPEC restraint which won't last. In my scenario oil prices won't stay up because OPEC resolve will wane, and thus interest rates will drop back. In other words, party time ahead (a few months hence).

But that's JMHO.
