"...IDC announced in 10K today that judge threw out ERICY's call for a summary judgment which in effect is the judge saying IDC's lawsuit against ERICY has significant merit. .." YES!!!! This is great news and would add to an already incredible bottom line if the case is developed and is settled for IDC. I am so happy I discovered this company. I am ready to give up a lot of other investments to get involved here. Am I missing something.. I admitt, I have not gone way back to research the business in depth yet, but what I have found is unusually good.... in fact, I keep wondering where the catch is... how can this stock not be responding to these kinds of earnings and future.. Am I way off base to assume that with the interest in wireless-plus-computer technology, that IDC could become an important component to anyone wanting to bring computing to the mobile market. For example, like Skytel is planning to do with Ebay. I imagine the day coming soon, when I can download my stock portfolio and make online trades from a mobile computer without plugging into a land line or cable. Would IDC be the kind of company who would contribute to this kind of synergy? Barry
