I hope that Bernie isn't still expecting the same deal after he spins off his assets as he would have gotten before the spin off of assets. Especially now after CBQ has even more going for it. He really needs to bring more to the table than what CBQ already has under a different name. If all he brings in is intrapay CBQ should send him back out to think it over. Guess we'll find out all the details when everything is finalized either way.

Bernie needs this deal now, it gives him Priority One which is what intrapay is, the auctions and the stock that he needs to reward his people with which they are expecting.

Kurt. with Bernie spinning off all the assets of Citx into indepedent subsidairies and then resigning from the board after being elected to the board I personally do not see how he expects CBQ to cut a deal with him. Heck by the time he is through CBQ gives him a ton of stock and gets no assets that were in the nonbidding letter of agreement.

Talk to Mike about if an excution contract had been delivered or if CBQ ghad gone to Quakertown and done the DD. I was informed no that Bernie was spinning off assests. All he plans to bring into CBQ is Intrapay which Priority One holds the license for the software Intrapay uses and gets royalities on Intrapays revenues. Another words getting Intrapay is not such a great deal.

SO I do not think Bernie is returning calls or even reading the news releases of CBQ. GLP has control of the management and I talked to Rick today. No one ... myself included understand how Bernie expects to get CBQ when he is busy spinning off everything privately that of course he is the CEO and chairman.

Mike is now a director and Rick is in control of CBQ right now. ALso there is someone setting on the bid buying all they can get today for 5.50 a share. GLP is a solid business with 8M in revenues, international contacts and partners, real assets and a real company.

We shall see.
